Odeon Richmond - Conditions of Public Entry

Welcome to Odeon Richmond! We hope you enjoy your visit. By entering Odeon Richmond, each person agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Public Entry:

Whenever you are on Odeon Richmond Premises you need to refrain from:

• Touching, or in any other way interfering with artwork on display;

• Using photographic or recording equipment without permission, or if not applicable to the exhibition or artist;

• Using tripods, selfie sticks, flash or lighting equipment without the express permission of Odeon Richmond;

• Bringing animals onto Odeon Richmond premises, except for Guide Dogs and other registered assistance dogs.

Ticketing

1. A booking must be pre-arranged to gain entry to an exhibition or event.

2. A booking cannot be confirmed without full names and addresses recorded.

3. Ticket holders should be prepared to produce valid identification at point of entry.

4. An online booking fee of 50¢ per transaction will be charged where applicable. This fee is notified prior to purchase.

5. Odeon Richmond reserves the right to cancel a ticket and refund the amount paid.

6. Odeon Richmond reserves the right to vary ticket prices, seating arrangements and capacity, add, withdraw or reschedule events.

7. Bookings cannot be used for any other exhibition or event.

8. Late arrival for Odeon Richmond exhibitions or events may result in non-admittance.

9. Use of the Odeon Richmond trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Odeon Richmond's consent. Odeon Richmond reserves the right to cancel a ticket if any of these terms and conditions are considered to be breached.

10. Odeon Richmond will request and record personal information necessary for the provision of the services. These details will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed without your consent. The collection, use and management of personal information is regulated by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014. For more information, please refer to the Odeon Richmond Privacy Policy.

11. All ticket sales and right of admission is reserved and subject to the Odeon Richmond Conditions of Public Entry.
